White Onion
Diced white onion produced from fresh, healthy, eatable, very well cleaned raw material.
Fresh white onion is washed, cut and frozen with IQF continuous freezer.
The quick freezing on -40°C keeps all the valuable and important matters of the fresh onion and gives a finished product with temperature of -20°C.
After that it is packed and screened through a metal detector.
