Diced apple, produced from fresh, healthy raw material. Fresh apples are washed, cut and frozen with IQF continuous freezer.
The quick freezing on -40°C keeps all the valuable and important matters of the fresh apple and gives a finished product with temperature of -20°C.
After that it is packed and screened through a metal detector.
