We purchase the plum from ecologically healthy environment, from agricultural estates and individual manufacturers.
The variety which is mostly represented in our processing is STANLEY. Manually cut plums are sorted as first and second class and packed in carton boxes in poly bag of 10 kg. nett.
We also have the IQF plum with fruit stone, packed in paper bag with poly bag of 20-25 kg. nett.
