Leek
Diced leek produced from fresh, healthy, eatable, very well cleaned raw material.
Fresh leek is washed, cut and frozen with IQF continuous freezer.
The quick freezing on -40°C keeps all the valuable and important matters of the fresh onion and gives a finished product with temperature of -20°C.
After that it is packed and screened through a metal detector.
