Red Pepper
The red pepper is one of the most significant farming cultures in Macedonia. The most frequently grown pepper, mostly used in industrial processing, is the KAPIA variety.
The red pepper, produced from fresh and healthy raw material, is diced and sliced. The fresh peppers are washed, cut, blanched and frozen with IQF continuous freezer.
The quick freezing on -40°C keeps all the valuable and important matters of the fresh pepper and produces a finished product with temperature of -20°C.
